Vicky E. Baughman, 63, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away January 2, 2021 at the Chambersburg Hospital. She was born on November 24, 1957 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to the late Garnet and Rita (Whorley) Baughman. In her earlier years she was passionate about home decorating, cooking, baking and shopping.

Vicky is survived by her companion of 33 years Andy Lee Horn and daughter Summer Nicole Baughman. She is also survived by sisters Lisa M. Barnhart of Pasadena, TX and Lori M Rotz of Chambersburg. In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her daughter Chastity Lynn Gossert, sister Beverly Stockslager and 2 brothers Rick and Denny Baughman.
