Arthur Elbert Starks, born January 20, 1959 in Brooksville, FL. He received his formal education with the Hernando Public School System.
He migrated to Titusville, FL for over 28 years.
He is the son of Rev James R. Starks and the late (Sarah L. Starks) Brooksville, Fl. He is survived by his wife Vivian; and leaves 9 children to cherish his memories: Neondra Starks; La’Nitra Brown (Kevin), Wesley Chapel, FL; Armatina Stewart, Brooksville, FL; LaShaunda Davis; Arthur Elbert Starks Jr., Brooksville, FL; Shacoya Starks, Brooksville, FL; Tiffany Starks, Dade City, FL; Laura
Starks, Cocoa, FL; Faith Starks. Three Sisters: Sarah Drake, Brooksville, FL; Veanie (Samuel) Anderson, Windermere, FL; Pauline Seay (Tampa, FL); One Brother (deceased) Jessie J Starks; 30 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grands, One special Niece Patrenia Harris; Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, family and Friends.
Arthur was preceded in death by his Mother Sarah L Starks and brother Jessie J. Starks
Arthur had many talents. Roofing, Handyman and Auto Mechanic which he departed his life doing one of his favorites.
 

Flowers may be received at the J.T. Campbell funeral home on Friday January 8th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Visitation will be held on Friday January 8th from 5 p.m. to 7pm at the Encouraging Words Ministries 310 Ponce de Leon Boulevard Brooksville Florida 34601

The Funeral Cortege will form at the family home 6357, Cammie Street Brooksville Florida 34602 at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday January 9th 2021

Graveside Services will be held at the Brooksville Cemetery on Saturday January 9th at 1 p.m. with the Reverend Carl Norton officiating
