<p>Thomas Mark Cooper<br /> <br /> Thomas Mark Cooper born August 30, 1947, passed away December 31, 2020. He was born in Grand Saline, Texas to Milton Onard Cooper and Pattie R. Hayes Cooper. Mark graduated from Mesquite High School and the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science. Mark was a funeral director and embalmer for over 50 years and managed funeral homes and cemeteries for Stewart Enterprise in the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. He was a Managing Partner for Carriage Services at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Corpus Christi, TX for 13 years before retiring March 2019. Mark loved to barbeque and had large barbeque pits on trailers that he would lend out to the community. He enjoyed farming and ranching and loved taking care of his cows and 4 donkeys.<br /> He is survived by his wife, Barbara Cooper; his daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Jim Ragland; his granddaughter, Avery Norris; his cousins, George Franklin and Tom Hayes; and his girls, who he loved and doted on: Hannah and Abigail.<br /> Family will receive friends Saturday January 9, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. The visitation/gathering will be available via live stream on January 9, 2021.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> &nbsp;</p>
