Arthur is survived by his devoted Wife, Shirley Beard; Seven Children; 4 Boys and 3 Girls; Earnest (Charlotte) Sanders, Robert Sanders, Oscar (Tiffany) Beal, Calvin Beal, Karin (George) Thomas, Stephanie Cunningham, Tonya Beal; Sisters, Mary Gaines, Shirley (Jimmy) Cunningham, Beverly (Mike) Rosser; Brothers, Gary Beal, 27 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
He was proceeded in Death by his parents; Brother, Roosevelt Sam Beal; Thomas J. Beal; Niece, Felicia Beal; Granddaughters, Raina Beal and Ciara Bray; Special Brother, Curtis Gaines.
