G. Howard Hatfield Jr., 82, of Drums, passed away peacefully Saturday morning, December 26, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family

Born in Patchogue, NY, October 2, 1938, he was the son of the late George and Vera (Springhorn) Hatfield, Sr. and spent the past 16 years in Drums, Pennsylvania after moving from Patchogue.

George was a retired Banker for several local banks in Long Island.  He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Patchouge, NY.  He enjoyed playing golf and woodworking.

Surviving are his wife, of the past 60 years, the former Mary Schott; three daughters Jeanne DeChico and her husband Vincent, Medford, NY; Patricia Heslin and her husband Michael, Elmira, NY; and Linda S. Hatfield and her partner Thomas Morzello, Garrison, NY; four grandchildren, Jack Pisapia, Erin DeChico, Nate and Sam Heslin; two sisters Joan Brown and her husband Dwight, Avon, NY; and Carol Keith, Acworth, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held privately at the convenience of the family from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Patchouge, NY.  in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Valley Regional Ambulance 14 W. Butler Drive, Drums, PA 18222.
