<div><p class="obits-bio"> Thomas Wilson III born March 11, 1949, age 68 of Knoxville, affectionately known as "Tommy" to his friends and family, has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on October 4, 2017 leaving behind his two loving children Michael and Courteney Wilson, a caring brother Keith Wilson, a dear friend Jennifer Snook and his beautiful mother Sylvia Wilson .As the maitre d' at Club Leconte his legacy will be his wit, charisma, and humor. Tommy graduated from and played basketball for De La Salle high school in Chicago and Beloit College in Wisconsin, one of his proudest achievements. He enjoyed basketball, playing Harmonica, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. He will truly be missed by all of the lives he touched.<br /> <br /> Thomas was preceded in death by his father Thomas Wilson and brother Wayne Wilson.<br /> <br /> The family will hold a celebration of life gathering at Club LeConte on October 20th at 6:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The American Cancer Society.
