Ramey, Amelia Rogere', age 86, of Knoxville, born in Paris, France on August 17, 1927, passed away October 26, 2013 at Beverly Park Place. She was preceded in death by her father Roger Simende and the love of her life and husband Eugene Ramey. She is survived by her children, Linda Hamilton of Knoxville, Val Gaddis of South Caroline and Patrick Ramey of Mississippi; grandchildren, Rachelle, Courtney, Blaire, Eric and Chad; great grandchildren, Scottie(her partner in crime), Brooks, Carson, Dylan and Zachary. We would like to give a special thanks to the 3rd floor nurses and CNA's at Beverly Park Place, who were truly angels. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Alzheimer's Association or hospice. There will be a graveside service at the Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery on Lyons View Pike Friday Nov. 8, 2013 at 1:30pm with the Rev. Dr. Alan Smith officiating.
