Vera H. Wilson 96, of the Masonic Care Community and formerly of Alterra Villas in Clinton passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Masonic Care Community.
She was born on February 21, 1920 in Lebanon Springs, NY a daughter of the late Kent and Grace (Weavers) Hadsell. She was a graduate of Lebanon Springs High School. In 1938 she was united in marriage to John Wilson. Mr. Wilson died in 1995.
She is survived by her four sons William J. (Bill) and Deborah Wilson of Holland Patent, Robert M. and Elizabeth Wilson of Norwood, NY, Kevin E. Wilson of Raleigh, NC and John J. and Diane Wilson of Marysville, Indiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Jeanette St. Pier.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM at the Union Cemetery in Vermontville, NY. There are no public calling hours.
