Eleanor J. Carlos loving wife caring mother and devoted friend passed away May 3rd 2012 at Summa Hospital in Akron Ohio at the age of 76. She is preceded in death by her parents Jean (Reynolds) and Frank Fox. She is survived by her husband of 55 years David L. Carlos daughter Carolyn Neidert (Paul) son David (Denise) Carlos; grandchildren Michael Patrick David Carter and Kate. Eleanor was born November 19 1935 in Akron Ohio and was a current Bath Township resident. She was a graduate of East High School and Akron University where she obtained an undergraduate and graduate degree in education. Eleanor taught grade school at Our Lady of the Elms elementary school for sixteen years where she was an inspiration to many young ladies. She was also a past president of The Christ Child Society and spent time working for Bath Township administration. Eleanor had many passions and interests but most enjoyed music quilting gardening and spending time with her family and many close friends she will be dearly missed. Calling hours will be held at St Victors Church at 3435 Everett Road Richfield on Tuesday evening May 8 from 5-7 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday May 9 at 10:30 AM at St. Victor church. Interment in Moore's Chapel Cemetery in Bath.
