Marion D. Kovac, 92, nee Baur, of Black River, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at Pine Haven Assisted Living in Sheboygan Falls. Marion was formerly of Westchester, IL, the beloved wife of the late Leonard J. Kovac Sr., dear mother of Leonard Jr. (Melanie) Kovac of Lake Oswego, OR, Mary (Gregory) Greene of Arnold, MD, James (Annie) Kovac of Lynnwood, WA, Daniel (Delilah) Kovac of Hillsboro, OR, Maggie (Michael) Taylor of Sheboygan, Michael (Gretchen) Kovac of Sheboygan, and Annie (Cary) Musser of Wheaton, IL, proud grandmother of eighteen grandchildren and great-grandmother of twenty, with two on the way, sister of Arlene (late Joseph) Rategan of Orland Park, IL, Judith (Ted) Fierst of Lake City, MN, and late brother Richard (Sharon) Baur of Petersburg, IL, sister-in-law Marianne (late Paul) McGowan of Naples, FL and late brother-in-law William Jr. (late Marion) Kovac.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 12:30PM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 818 Huron Ave., Sheboygan with Fr. Mark Brandl officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Kohler. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 11:30 AM to 12:30PM at the CHURCH. All covid-19 precautions will be in place, masks are required, social distancing of 6ft, and hand sanitizing when you enter the church.
