<p>Jean Ann Gossard, age 84, passed away at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, WY on December 17, 2020.&nbsp; She was born on July 4, 1936 in Denison, Iowa, the daughter of Albert Henry and Irene Johannah (Rahn) Boyens. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Jean loved to spend time visiting with friends and family on the telephone.&nbsp; She also loved her dog, Jenny.&nbsp; Jean&rsquo;s favorite flower was a rose. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She married the love of her life, Lester Melvin Gossard on December 29, 1956 in Ainsworth, Nebraska.&nbsp; They spent 64 years of marriage together. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She is survived by her husband, Lester M. Gossard, of Diamondville, Wy; children, Charlene Ann Rust, of Jackpot, Nevada, Randy Marvin Gossard, of Diamondville, WY.; Linda Jean Gossard, of Colorado Springs, CO.; and Lori Allison Gossard, of Whitewater, CO.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She is also survived by six grandchildren, Stacy, Cara, Allison, Ashley, Tiphanie, Hailey and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Lance, Brennan, and Danica.</p> <p>Jean is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Walter Boyens, and Marvin Boyens, and two sisters, Lillian Edna Schuff, and Maxine Lucille Boyens, and a granddaughter Sarah Ann Florence Rust.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ball Family Chapel of Kemmerer, WY.&nbsp; Graveside and inurnment will take place at a later date.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Jean Ann Gossard, age 84, passed away at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, WY on December 17, 2020.  She was born on July 4, 1936 in Denison, Iowa, the daughter of Albert Henry and Irene Johannah (Rahn) Boyens.  

 

Jean loved to spend time visiting with friends and family on the telephone.  She also loved her dog, Jenny.  Jean’s favorite flower was a rose.  

 

She married the love of her life, Lester Melvin Gossard on December 29, 1956 in Ainsworth, Nebraska.  They spent 64 years of marriage together.  

 

She is survived by her husband, Lester M. Gossard, of Diamondville, Wy; children, Charlene Ann Rust, of Jackpot, Nevada, Randy Marvin Gossard, of Diamondville, WY.; Linda Jean Gossard, of Colorado Springs, CO.; and Lori Allison Gossard, of Whitewater, CO.
