On Sunday December 13th, 2020, Dustin Michael Crouch, the loving son, brother, grandson, uncle and cousin passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31.

Dustin was born on December 18th, 1988 to Anna Lockhart and Tony Crouch SR. and lived his entire life in Dayton, Ohio.

Dustin was a very compassionate and caring person who loved nothing more than spending time with those he loved. Dustin was a very outgoing person as well as ambitious.

Dustin will definitely be remembered by how his laugh could light up the room.

Dustin leaves behind his parents; Anna Lockhart, and Tony Crouch Sr, as well as 6 siblings. Tony Crouch Jr., Kasey Jones, Candice Crouch, Brandon Crouch, Dillon Crouch, Corey Crouch; as well as many other family members who he loved dearly and was loved dearly by.
