David Dixon, age 81 of Manchester, KY, formerly of Hazard, KY passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Hazard, KY. He worked many years as a carpenter, and was also a member of the Wabacco Pentecostal Church. He was born on August 31, 1939 in Hazard, KY to the late Dennis B. Dixon and the late Alice Begley Dixon. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife: Juanita Hays Dixon; one brother: Larry Dixon; as well as one grandson: Jordan Tyler Dixon. He is survived by three daughters: Lisa Adams (Clayton Couch) of McKee, KY, Linda Root (John) of Manchester, KY & Debbie Dixon of Manchester, KY; one son: David Dixon (Melissa) of Hazard, KY; two sisters: Kathryn Dixon Tussey (Stephen) of Berea, KY & Dianne Logan (Alan) of Nich, KY; seven grandchildren: Brittany, Jessica, Justin, Kenton, Tanner, Morgyn & Allen Michael; five great-grandchildren: Cheyenne, Connor, Aubrey, Marron & Levi; as well as a loving host of nieces, nephews, family & friends. The family will be having private graveside services with Buddy Turner officiating. Burial will be at the Resthaven Cemetery- Jeff, KY
