Laveria Lowe Lawson, age 85, of LaFollette passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020. She was a member of Demory Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Don Lawson; parents, Harry and Myrtle Lowe; brothers, Joe, Sam, Ronnie, Grady, and Mike Lowe. Survivors Daughters: Janet (Mike) Farrington and Debra Schneider Sons: Bob (Cynthia) Lawson, Pat (Teresa) Lawson, and Byron (Victoria) Lawson 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren Brothers: Jerry, Bill, Gary, and John Lowe Sister: Susan Watson Several nieces and nephews Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Friday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 10:15 AM Saturday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Bakers Forge Cemetery for 11 AM Graveside Service and Interment with her son, Byron Lawson officiating. I spent many nights under the Lawson roof and many meals at their table while growing up in Demory. Laveria was a fine person and was always very good to me. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this difficult time.
