Donald Lee Hildebrand, Sr, 78, passed away Friday, December 4th, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. December 8th at Christ the Good Shepherd Mausoleum in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with Rev. Jann Boyd officiating. Mr. Hildebrand was born in Big Pine, California, a son of the late Archie and Edna England Hildebrand. He was married to the late Baba Zane Weathers Hildebrand. Mr. Hildebrand served our country for 30 years in the United States Army where he retired as a Sergeant Major. In his spare time, he was an avid reader and loved to fish. Mr. Hildebrand is survived by his sons, Donald L. Hildebrand, Jr, Zane (Marie) Hildebrand; sisters, Dusty and Susie Gotchal; grandchildren, Lee, Nikki, Zack, Michael, Jason, and Stephen Hildebrand; and a great granddaughter, Briaunna, who helped take care of him, along with eight additional great grandchildren that he loved very much. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Hildebrand. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
