Connie Ellen Adams

Connie Ellen Adams, 74, of Terre Haute passed away at her residence on Thursday, December 3, 2020.  She was born January 15, 1946 in Sullivan, Indiana to Clinton Clay Adams and Bonnie Naomi Pound Adams.  Connie proudly worked in the insurance industry for 43 years, mostly at the Sycamore Insurance Agency.  She was a supporter of the Terre Haute Community Theatre and season ticket holder for many years, member of Insurance Women, and Indiana State OLLIE attendant.  She loved going to concerts, and spending time with her nieces and nephews, especially Melissa whom she spent lots of time with.  Her nieces and nephews were so beloved to her.  She always made sure to send each of them a birthday card.  She will be missed by many.

Connie is survived by her brother Robert Adams (Sue), sister Mary Ann Ferguson (Jay), brother-in-law Lee Wentz, twelve nieces and nephews, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Sharon Wentz.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Pastor Rick Swan will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Crow Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfunerlhomes.com.
