Dolores Kathryn Tewell, 78, a 49 year resident of Pasadena, MD and formerly of the Brooklyn-Wagner's Point area, died at her home on December 3, 2020.

Mrs. Tewell was born on June 8, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Charlotte. Although she was a dedicated homemaker most of her life, in her younger years she took great pride in running her own home-cleaning business. In more recent years, Dolores enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting, working in the yard, and traveling and visiting casinos with her husband.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tewell is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, James M. Tewell, Sr.; brother, Joseph Mastin; and sister, Judith Crook. She is survived by her son, James (Melinda) Tewell, Jr. of Pasadena; daughters, Rosemarie (Anthony) Macola and Barbara (Craig) Holley, both of Pasadena; sisters, Joyce (John Roland) Knott and Betty Bachman; granddaughters Ashley Oppelt and Marissa Macola; and 4 great-grandchildren, Katie, Chase, Hudson, and Kora.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, December 7 from 3-6 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where funeral services will take place on Tuesday, December 8 at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park immediately following the funeral service.
