Malcum Richard Scarberry, age 59 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Kentucky. He was born April 3, 1961 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Junior & Josephine Goble Scarberry. He was a coal miner. He is survived by his Daughter: Hailey Jordan (Samuel Wayne) Shepherd of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Brothers: Gary (Barbara) Scarberry of Martin, Kentucky, Ricky Scarberry of Maytown, Kentucky & Lowell Dean Scarberry of Indiana; Sisters: Imogene (the late Kenneth) Scarberry of Martin, Kentucky, Emogene (Evertt) Kidwell of West Virginia, Glinda Gene ((Ducky) Yates of Martin, Kentucky, Marsha Lee (Michael) Boyd of Indiana & Dellie Mae Scarberry; Grandchildren: Gunner Wayne Shepherd, Paislee Jordan Shepherd & Saylor Grace Shepherd. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will begin Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 6pm at the funeral home Funeral services will be held Monday, December 7, 2020 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Nathan Lafferty officiating Burial will follow at Goble Cemetery, Allen, Kentucky
