Hillis, 66, of New Hope, passed away Friday. <br/><br/>He was preceded in death by father, Ernest Edward Hillis; mother, Georgie Evelyn Hillis; sisters, Essie Sanderson, Lela Craig Womack, and Sara Stafford; brothers, Fred Lee Hillis, Ed Hillis, Eugene Hillis, Nelton Hillis, Bobby Hillis, and Jerry Wayne Hillis; daughter, Stephanie Pruse. <br/><br/>Surviving are sister, Mary (David) Craft; sons, Jerry Wayne Hillis and Joey Atchley; brother, Clyde (Clovie) Hillis; granddughters, McKensie, Tera, and Emma; grandsons, Destin, Chance and Branson; special friend, Missy Moody.<br/><br/>Graveside service will be held at Cochran Cemetery, Monday at 2:00 PM with Jeff Slaughter and Chris McGaha officiating. <br/><br/>Interment will be in the Cochran Cemetery.<br/><br/> www.nhfh.net<br/>Obituary
