Paul Edward Lee Guinn, 85 of New Albany, Indiana had his homegoing on December 1, 2020. Paul was born April 13, 1935 to the late Hattie Buckman. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked as printer at a printing company. He also served as a security officer at the Kroger on Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky for numerous years. Paul loved to have fun and make jokes with people. He was interested in politics and an avid sports fan. He was full of wisdom. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Hattie Buckman and his stepfather, Phillip Buckman; his grandson, Levon Montez Guinn, Sr; sisters, Hattie Franklin and Marie Black; brother, Harvey; nephew Dan Franklin; nieces, Denise White and Angela White; nephew, Harold White, Jr., brother in law, Mosby Franklin and the mother of his only daughter, Paula, Anna Marie Guinn Cato. Paul leaves to cherish his memory his only loving daughter and child, Paula "Little Bit" Guinn; grandson, Paul Chivalurai Hinkle; a host of great grandchildren including Trevon Deshields and Levon Montez Guinn, Jr; brothers, Larry Buckman, Robert Buckman and Joe Buckman; special niece and caregiver, Rhonda Franklin; niece, Christina White and a host of extended family and friends. Spring Valley Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Guinn family.
