MOWERS, Lyle Arthur - Entered into rest on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 at the Belleville General Hospital. Lyle Mowers of R. R. #7, Belleville died at the age of 79. He was the son of the late Earl & Jean Mowers (nee Easton) and husband of the late Carol (nee Sager). Lyle was the loving father of Jim (Lori) of Plainfield, John (Carolyn) of Belleville, and Allan of R. R. #7, Belleville. Lyle was the cherished pop-pa of Cory, Shauna (Thomas), Greg, Ryan (Felicia), Krysta (Cody), Collin (Kyla), Mitchell (Jackie), and Jesse (Nicole) and great pop-pa to Dawsyn and Adam. He is survived by his brothers Norm (Beth) of Plainfield and Carl of Belleville, and his sister Susan Mowers-Bunnett (Art) of Coe Hill. Lyle is predeceased by his brother Dale, his sisters Annie Powers and Eleanor Russell and his sister-in-law Dorothy Mowers. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Mr. Mowers is resting at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588) for visitation on Monday, December 7 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. **Pursuant to maximum attendance regulations with COVID-19, both for the visitation and the church mass, please contact the funeral home to pre-register your attendance between 9 am - 5 pm daily.
