Steven L. Pinson

Steven L. Pinson, age 70, of Sidney, passed away peacefully Friday, December 4, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, a dedicated man of God who had a heart of gold and was always led to help others.

Steven was born March 28, 1950, in Sidney to the late Frank and Betty (Whitt) Pinson.

On November 7, 1970 he married Pamela (Caudill) Pinson and she survives. Also surviving are children; Kimberly (Michael) Titus of DeGraff, Beverly (Mark) Beard of Sidney, Amy (Andrew) Murray of Sidney, grandchildren; Michael, Larry Matt (Taylor), Brock, Callie, Brayden (Matt), McKenna, Christopher (Amber), Carissa, Brittany, Dilan and fiancee’ Paige, Desiree and fiance’ John, great-grandchildren; Claire, Raylynn, Benson, Beau, Cash, Aiden, Emory, and Amiyah.

Surviving also is brother David (Kathy) Pinson of Nashville and sister-in-law Kathy Pinson of Sidney.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Stephanie Pinson, great granddaughter Ameliya, and brother Michael Pinson.

Steven worked at Minster Machine for over 30 years.  He enjoyed spending time with family, liked camping, golfing, watching westerns and doing different crafts. He enjoyed sitting in his driveway and talking to his neighbors.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sidney First Church of the Nazarene, 1899 Wapakoneta Avenue, Sidney, with Pastor Chad Wilson, officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sidney First Church of the Nazarene in Steven’s memory.
