Milik R Dubose Obituary

Milik Rasheeme DuBose, age 42, was born August 7, 1978 in Knoxville, TN. He remained in Knoxville until his family moved to Los Angeles, CA. From an early age he was introduced to a variety of cultures and backgrounds, which shaped his interactions with others into adulthood. As a child he was an avid skateboarder and dancer. Interested in technology from a young age, he would often take electronics apart just to see how they would work, and later try to put them back together. He developed a passion for the arts, including photography, music, and culinary arts. Milik was known for his carefree, gentle personality, easy-going demeanor, and infectious grin. Returning to Knoxville, he attended West High School, where he was a member of the Navy ROTC program, and a graduate of the Class of 1996.

Milik departed this life on December 3, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Shaun DuBose; grandparents, Bailor and Lela DuBose, Edward and Dorothy Bailey; aunts, Geneva Miller, Zelma Garner, Norma McGhee and many others too numerous to name.
