Sandra B. Reis

NEW BEDFORD-Sandra B. (McKay) Reis, 45, of New Bedford, died unexpectedly Saturday, November 28, 2020. She was the beloved wife of John J. "Buddy" Reis with whom she shared 24 years of marriage. Born in New Bedford, Sandra was a lifelong resident and was a member of Hope Evangelical Church. She was formerly employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Life Care Center. Her family described her as the kindest person who enjoyed crafting and was a great fan of anything Disney. Her family includes her husband; 1 son, Kyle Reis and his wife, Hannah of New Bedford; 2 daughters, Brianne Reis and Madison Reis, both of New Bedford; 1 sister, Dina McKay of Virginia; her cousin, Bethany Burnett of New Bedford of who was like a sister to her; 1 granddaughter, Ava Berube; her in laws, John J. Reis, Jr. and his wife, Sandra and Carol Reis, all of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews. Her memorial service will be conducted at a time to be announced. Funeral arrangements entrusted to AUBERTINE-LOPES FUNERAL HOME, 129 Allen St., New Bedford.
