Ms. Julaine Junita Morrison, 54 of Fort Pierce, FL went home to be with the Lord at Tiffany Nursing and Rehab Center in Port St. Lucie, FL at 7:55pm on Friday, November 27, 2020. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica WI to the parents of Winston and Tula Maude Morrison on November 22, 1966, and was one of twin girls that was born. Her twin sister preceded her in death. She received her education in Jamaica and moved to Fort Pierce from Miramar, FL 16 year ago. Before her health failed, she was employed as a licensed practical nurse in the nursing home industry which she loved very much. Julaine was a member of the House of God on Oslo Rd under the leadership of pastor Evelyn Miller. There she served faithfully in the following capacities: Local Missions, Choir, Youth Supporter and the District Missions. She will be remembered by those who knew her best as a strong Christian mother who loved God first and her family and friends second. Along with her twin sister, Julaine was also preceded in death by her mother, Tula Maude Hayden-Morrison. Remaining behind to mourn her passing and celebrate her homegoing are: 2 children, Arasha Powell of Boynton Beach, FL and Jerome Suckie of Fort Pierce, FL; 3 grandchildren, Kinya Thomas, Olivia Cain and Natalia Cain, all of Boynton Beach, FL; 2 brothers, Paul Morrison of Jacksonville, FL and Nyron Morrison of St. James, Jamaica WI; a godson, Jason; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
