Maria F. "FiFi" Andrade

NEW BEDFORD-Maria Filomena "FiFi" Andrade, 67, of Dartmouth, died Saturday, November 28, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital following a period of declining health. She was the beloved daughter of the late Manuel F. and Eduarda C. (dos Reis) Andrade. Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, FiFi resided in Dartmouth for the past several years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and talking on the telephone. Special thanks to the staff at Hathaway Manor for their compassionate care. Her family includes her 3 loving sisters, Maria Eduarda Paiva and her husband, Domingos, Maria "Lee" Thomas and her husband, David, all of Dartmouth and Maria "Nellie" Andrade-Hermort and her husband, Richard of New Bedford and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Due to current restrictions, her Mass of Christian burial in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and interment in St. John Cemetery were private and entrusted to AUBERTINE-LOPES FUNERAL HOME, 129 Allen St., New Bedford.
