<p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Tann Svay, 80, of Chattanooga, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">He worked for the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia and with Chattanooga Armature Works. Tann was such a loving, generous man. He was a pillar of the community and had friends all over the world, he never met a stranger. His lust for life was infectious and he was always the life of the party. He loved to make people laugh and that’s how he wants to be remembered. Tann loved to fish and you could always find him at the River.
