Obituary
Tann Svay, 80, of Chattanooga, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
He worked for the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia and with Chattanooga Armature Works. Tann was such a loving, generous man. He was a pillar of the community and had friends all over the world, he never met a stranger. His lust for life was infectious and he was always the life of the party. He loved to make people laugh and that’s how he wants to be remembered. Tann loved to fish and you could always find him at the River. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Kim Heng; daughter, Mayoura; son Felix; and cat Zimo.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 1 PM Saturday, December 5, followed by the funeral service at 1:30 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Per the current health situation and mandate of the Hamilton County Mayor, visitors must adhere to all CDC guidelines, including social distancing and the wearing of facial coverings for visitation and/or services.
