Galen Haines, age 72, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 at his residence. He was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Elmer Haines and Birdie McConnell Haines. He retired from CSX in Track Repair and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda D. Haines, daughter, Elizabeth Wells of Lewisburg, two sons, Anthony "Tony" Haines of Pensacola, FL, Kenneth Holley of Shelbyville, brother, Wally Haines of Chapel Hill, grandchildren, Gretchen Wells, Tyler Wells, Jaylyn Wells, and Ionna Haines. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at a later date following cremation. London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
