Mary Lou Holtz, age 74, of Bel Air, Maryland, formerly Baltimore City, passed away on December 2, 2020 at her home. Born in Virginia, she was the daughter of Bishop and Mary (Moore) Bailey. Mary Lou lived for her grandchildren and she enjoyed living with her daughter which gave her time to spend with her family. Mary is survived by her daughters, Sandra Lee Barker and Debra Lynn Delgado; grandchildren, Brianna Faith Ryan, Macie Elizabeth Ryan, Kiara Nicole Barker, Nicholas William Barker and Lucas Christopher Barker; and sister, Juanita Peck. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Geneva McCloud, Wilma Blankenship and Susie Hicks and brother, Cornell Moore.
