On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, Timothy L. Edwards, loving husband, father, and grandfather died from a short battle with aggressive cancer. He is survived by his wife Kathy; children Chris, Jennifer, Josh, and Justin; and grandchildren Emma, Rory, Indigo, Amy, and Lydia.

Tim was born in Charlotte, NC. He attended North Mecklenburg High School and entered trade school as a journeyman electrician. He worked as an electrician for many years on various nuclear plants around the southeastern United States. He spent several years owning and operating Edwards Insurance Agency. In his later years, he served as a federal armed guard for TVA.
