Roberta “Bobbie” Hazard passed away peacefully after a long-term illness on Saturday, November 14th at the age of 79. She was a life-long resident of Kitsap County. Bobbie was beloved by many and worked as a bartender in the 1970s and 80s at the J & R tavern in Silverdale and later owned the Crow’s Nest tavern in Bremerton. She is survived by 1 sister, her children Carla, Ron, and Michelle, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Bobbie unfortunately was predeceased by a granddaughter, 3 brothers and a sister. Her family will schedule a casual get together in the spring for all those that would like to remember all the good times.
