Helen "Joanne" Astasauskas, 80, a resident of Baltimore died on November 24, 2020 at her residence.

She was born in Baltimore, MD on January 14, 1940 to the late John and Helen Sciukas.  Mrs. Astasaukas lived most of her life in Baltimore but also enjoyed her time in Pasadena on the water.

Mrs. Astasauskas attended St. Peter the Apostle in Baltimore and was a member of the Red Hat Society in Pasadena.

She enjoyed working as a bus aide for special needs children in Anne Arundel County up until her retirement.

She loved animals especially her dogs, cruises, and festivals in Baltimore such as the Lithuanian Festival.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Astasauskas.

Mrs. Astasauskas is survived by her son Joseph J. Astasauskas and his wife Jennifer, and her sister Carol Birdsong.

Services and interment are private.
