Mark A. Jones, 57, of Andover, passed, Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Youngstown, due to complications from Covid-19.

Born, December 24, 1962, in East Liverpool, he is a son of the late Lawrence E. Sr. and Helen V. Beaver Jones.

Mark was preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Jones, brother, Lawrence Jones Jr., and sister, Linda Neighbors.

Mark attended Beaver Local High School. He is a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving in Germany. He was currently employed as a correction officer at Trumbull Correctional Institute for the past 27 years.

He was a member of the Eagles Club in Andover.

Mark had a special love for music, he played drums throughout his life, he also loved fishing, grilling, and cooking on the campfire, attending family reunions and spending time with his friends and coworkers.

He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Toni Jones of Lisbon; stepdaughter, Amber Gallagher of Chester and stepgrandson, Ryker; stepson, Ryan Schuedding of New Castle; siblings, Lloyd Jones of OR. and Mark’s twin sister, Margaret Greathouse of East Liverpool.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 4, 2020, at Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, from 2-4:00 PM and 6-8:00 PM.
