Thomas A Aston Artesia, New Mexico Obituary

Thomas A Aston

Thomas Allan Aston joined his Heavenly Father on November 26, 2020. Tom was a man of God worthy of everything this life had to offer, but most importantly Heaven as his sweet reward. Tom, fondly known as PopO, was a dedicated son, husband, father, and grandfather who insured his love for tractors, gardening, and patio breakfasts were ingrained in the hearts of the ones closest to him. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, admiration, and most importantly, praise to our Heavenly Father through song. The beauty of Tom’s heart and soul will forever be embedded in our existence through song and worship. Tom was a man of diligent perfection who adamantly served to the best of his ability. Whether family, friends, or strangers, Tom served with equal care and dedication to better their lives. He died in the same manner, dedicating his life to the safety and security of others. Tom is survived by his mother, Helen Aston of Dexter, his wife Brenda, of 44 years, daughters, Kara Powell, Katie Lange, and Kendra Janway, their spouses, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; as well as three sisters, along with a brotherhood of fellow soldiers for Christ. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a contribution be made to Hermosa Church of Christ with attention made to Tom Aston Memorial Fund or to a charity of your choice. A virtual memorial service will be posted on social media outlets within the coming days.

View the virtual memorial service at https://vimeo.com/485664029/6f10a746e4
