Thelma M. Smith of Elizabeth, NJ passed away at home on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Thelma was born in Elizabeth, NJ. She graduated from Abraham Clark High School, Roselle, NJ. Thelma attended Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia and received a graduate Degree from Seton Hall, South Orabge, NJ. Thelma was in Management at Bamberger's Company Inc, Newark, New Jersey. Director of Westfield Senior Housing, Westfield, NJ. Director of The Westfield Community Center, Westfield, NJ. Retiring November 2019 as a Social Worker at Schaefer Gardens Apartments, Union, NJ. Thelma was a member of the St. Marks Episcopal Church, Plainfield, NJ. Thelma is preceded in death by her Mother, Flora Peterson Smith, Father, Randall Smith and beloved sisters Deloris Smith Manley and her twin Velma Smith. She is survived by cousins and friends.
