John Francis DeConcini Aug 17, 1957-Nov 27, 2020 On Friday, November 27, 2020, John Francis DeConcini of Bethesda, MD, loving brother and son passed away of a heart attack. John was born in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1957 to John and Marjorie (McGee) DeConcini. John graduated from Magruder High School in Rockville in 1975. After graduating, John worked at the BCTGM International Union in Kensington for 29 years before retiring. John was an avid sports fan who liked all types of competition. He particularly liked his local favorites, the Washington Capitals and Washington Football Team. Watching a game with John was always loud and spirited, his passion for his home teams always very evident. John is survived by his brothers Thomas, Robert, Matthew, and his sister Margaret. He was predeceased by parents John and Marjorie. John will be fondly remembered by numerous extended family members and dear friends. Due to travel and social distancing concerns, the graveside prayer service and interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery will be private.
