Sharon Sachtjen died unexpectedly on November 28th in Terre Haute, Indiana at the age of 53. 

Sharon is survived by her father, Donald Sachtjen of Bloomfield, Indiana: her son Tietje Pigg of Dugger: her four brothers, Gordon (Jeanette) Sachtjen of Corydon Kentucky, Warren Sachtjen of Bloomfield, Joesph Sachtjen of Bloomfield, and Dylan Sachtjen of Bloomfield: and nieces and nephews, Dacia (Jesse) Sachtjen-Campbell, Linda Puglesi, John (Grace) Sachtjen, Christopher Puglesi, and Sofia Sachtjen and great nephew Revan Campbell.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Susan Sachtjen of Bloomfield and sister-in-law, Anna Sachtjen of Bloomfield. 

Sharon was born on February 15, 1967 in Santa Cruz, California to Donald Sachtjen and Susan Gibbs. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1986.

 She had big, fun-loving personality and an even bigger heart.  She was very passionate about her family. 

An event will be held at a later time and date due to COVID to honor her memory. An update will be ran in the Greene County paper when a date and time has been chosen.
