William Howard Hall

William Howard Hall passed away November 28, 2020. He was born at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg WV on May 19, 1958 to Harold E Hall and Hazel R Hall. Bill was a graduate of the Warren High School Class of 1977 where he excelled in wrestling with two TVC championships, district winner, and state qualifier. He often had the most pins and the fastest pins for WHS. Bill was an avid fisherman, hunter, and 4x4 enthusiast. He loved his dogs, camping and the GNCC races. He was employed by Shell, Huntsman and Nova Chemicals. He is survived by his wife, Gale of Barlow, daughter Megan Rexroad (Josh) of Veto, stepsons Matthew Moyers of Barlow and Todd Moyers of Marietta. Three Grandchildren that he loved, Khloe, Benett and Wyatt Rexroad of Veto. He is survived by his sister, Carol Sue Kesterson (Harold Lee) of Barlow, two brothers, Charles Ronald Hall (Karen) of Laurelville, and Robert Leon Hall of Belpre and nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the services on Thursday. Private burial will take place in Veto Cemetery at a later date. Face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dunham Fire Department.
