Kenneth "Kenny" Lavon Teeples, 55 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at his home. Kenny was born Tuesday, June 8, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee, and he was the son of Ray Arnold Teeples and the late Dorothy Lee (Bumbalough) Maver. Kenny was a hard worker, who loved his family. He loved to fish and hunt. Kenny loved spending time with his grandkids, especially playing horseshoes and darts. Kenny is survived by, Partner in life, Ann Wilson; Father, Ray Teeples; 2 Daughters, Shalen and Crystal; Son, Michael; 3 Step-Children, Eric, Becky, and Michelle (Garry); 4 Siblings, Brenda Bearden, Christy Teague, Max Teeples, and Gerald Teeples; Grandchildren, Allen, Erica, Ruby, Stephen, Victoria, Dane, Chelsea, Cruz, Lillianna, Eva, Mia, Xzavier, and Dashawn; A host of nieces, nephews, and special friends. In addition to his mother, Kenny was preceded in death by, Step-Son, Barron Shown and Brother, Stoney Teeples. Celebration of Life for Kenny Teeples will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 4:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Sharp officiating.
