<p>Cindy K. Phillips, 65, of Ephrata passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center in Caernarvon Township.<br /> <br /> She is the wife of Robert L. Phillips, who survives.<br /> <br /> Born in Lancaster on August 14, 1955 a daughter of the late Silas C. and Susan (Bowersox) Booth.<br /> <br /> Cindy attended York Technical Institute and worked in the Medical Billing Department at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center.<br /> <br /> In addition to her husband she is survived by a granddaughter, Olivia M. wife of Jose Ramos; and four grandchildren, Josiah, Calarina, Natelie, and Alaia.<br /> <br /> She was predeceased by a son, Nathaniel David Booth in 2007.<br /> <br /> Services and burial will be private.<br /> <br /> Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.<br /> <br /> In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N. 11th St., Reading, PA 19604 or to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd., Birdsboro, PA 19508.<br /> <br /> Online condolences may be made at www.ColeFH.com<br /> </p>August 14, 1955 - November 27, 202008/14/195511/27/2020
