<p><strong>Lillian Faye Stewart, 93, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020. She was born August 27, 1927 in Morganton, North Carolina to Franklin and Nellie Bernice Amos. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her children, Terry Stewart (Dave Lewis), Linda Nash (Dave), Debbie Stanley (Bill), Richard Stewart, Diane Kaminski (Dan), Peggy Breeland (Mark) and David Stewart; grandchildren, Tracy Nash (Carrie), Kim Malcolm, Crystal Short (Brian), Chris Swails (Elizabeth), Jamie Swails, Jennifer Crawford (Paul), and Anderson (Faye) Breeland; 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her parents, Franklin Turntine Amos, Sr., and Nellie Bernice (Hewitt) Amos; husband, Claude Richard Stewart, her son, Michael Anthony Stewart, and daughter, Susan Marie Swails.</strong></p> <p><strong>Mrs. Stewart graduated from Memminger School of Charleston, South Carolina in 1944 and, shortly after graduation, attended Nursing School at Roper Hospital. She married Claude Richard Stewart on March 11, 1946.</strong></p> <p><strong>Family Graveside Services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Fort Johnson Road, Charleston (James Island), South Carolina at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Due to Covid 19 concerns, no visitation will be held.</strong></p> <p><strong>Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
