<p><span style="font-size:16px;">Indian Land &ndash; Mrs. Kathleen Celeste Spencer Edington, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 27, 2020.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">A drop in visitation will be held at the home of her husband, Rex Edington.&nbsp; For further information you may call Sharon Edington-Tate at 704-999-1687.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">A native of Portland, Maine she was a daughter of the late Harold and Elonia Spencer.&nbsp; Mrs. Edington will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Rex Edington; a son, Earnie Harkey; a daughter, Sharon Edington-Tate; a brother, Albert Spencer; four grandchildren, Jessica DeBruhl (Lee), Michael Harkey, Dawson Tate, and Devin Tate; and four great-grandchildren.&nbsp; She was preceded in death by a son, Rex H. Edington, Jr. whom she loved dearly.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Whitesell Funeral Home is serving the family.&nbsp;</span></p>

Indian Land – Mrs. Kathleen Celeste Spencer Edington, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 27, 2020.

 

A drop in visitation will be held at the home of her husband, Rex Edington.  For further information you may call Sharon Edington-Tate at 704-999-1687.

 

A native of Portland, Maine she was a daughter of the late Harold and Elonia Spencer.  Mrs. Edington will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. 

 

Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Rex Edington; a son, Earnie Harkey; a daughter, Sharon Edington-Tate; a brother, Albert Spencer; four grandchildren, Jessica DeBruhl (Lee), Michael Harkey, Dawson Tate, and Devin Tate; and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son, Rex H. Edington, Jr. whom she loved dearly.
