Brenda S. Warren, 70, of Scottsboro, passed away Saturday.

Brenda was born and raised in Scottsboro, Al. She worked for many years in the dietary department at Highlands Medical Center. Brenda loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world.

She was preceded in death by father, Jeffie Matthews; mother, Willie Mae Matthews; brother, Rayford Matthews; sister, Shirley Rogers; nephew, Bryan Kirby; brother in laws, Charlie Murphy, and Dennis Murphy.

Surviving are son, Michael (Amanda) Warren; daughter, Lisa (Greg) Mullins; grandchildren, Chris Warren, Wesley Warren, Seth Warren, Ian Todorovich, Hilary (Alex) Cook, Benjamin Todorovich, Erik Todorovich and Leah Todorovich; great grandchildren, Aiden Waldrop and Lilah Cook; brothers, Sherman (Charlotte) Matthews, Wiley (Edith) Matthews; sisters, Tanika Matthews, Carolyn (Clinton) Kirby, and Karen Murphy; several nieces and nephews.
