Marcos Salazar age 39, a resident of Taos passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lenny and Laverne Martinez; and grandparents Fred and Dora Salazar.

Marcos was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, he loved to spend time in the outdoors and enjoyed cooking for his family.  For many years, Marcos worked as an electrician.

He is survived by his son Joseph Salazar; girlfriend Victoria Torrez; siblings Ashley Martinez (Joey Valerio), Lynette Martinez (Chris), Jennifer Martinez, and Terra Silva; his father, Terry Silva; grandparents Toby and Della Garcia, plus many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Private family services will be held and burial will take place at the Pilar Cemetery.
