Charles Biggs Athy, 64 of Scott, Arkansas passed away on November 26, 2020. He was born in Little Rock on October 26, 1956 to the late Charles and Margaret Athy.
Charles is survived by one daughter; two sisters, Cherece Athy and Karen (Dean) Taylor; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
