Taylors - Ruth Ann Williams Arthurs, 83, wife of the late David Arthurs, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020. Born in Portsmouth, OH, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Annabelle Young Williams. An active member of Bethel Calvary Baptist Church, she retired from World Wide New Testament Baptist Missions after forty-six years of service. Along with her late husband, she played a significant part in building and maintaining Christian missionary radio stations around the world. She is survived by a daughter, Denise Arthurs of Taylors; and a sister, Judy Bolin of Columbus, OH. A memorial service will be held at a later date at her church. Gray Mortuary, Pelzer
