Anthony G. Sustack (Tony), 71, of Middletown, NY formerly of Mahwah, NJ was welcomed into God’s arms on November 25, 2020.  Born on July 30, 1949 in Suffern, NY.  He was the son of the late Rudolph & Nora Sustack, twin brother of the late Kenneth M. Sustack and the older brother of the late Daniel J. & wife Phyllis Sustack.  He is survived by his older brothers Rudy Sustack Jr, Joseph Sustack, wife Judith and younger sister Maryann Sustack-Malone, husband Tim, plus many Nephews & Nieces. Tony grew up in Mahwah, NJ, graduated from Mahwah High School then later enlisted into the United States Army and served his time in Germany. He then went onto become an LPN where he worked at Good Samaritan Hospital and Rockland Psychiatric Center for over 25 years before retiring. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 10 AM - 12 PM with a funeral service beginning at 12 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ. (The funeral service will be live streamed). Interment will follow at Mahwah Cemetery in Mahwah.
