Clyde Dennis Presnell, age 85 of Grundy, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Grundy, Virginia. Born March 23, 1935, in Buchanan County, Virginia, he was the son of the late William Presnell and Pricey Jane Blankenship Presnell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Lester and Blanch Dasher; three brothers, George Blankenship, Burl Blankenship, and Clark Presnell. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: One Daughter Pamela Davis and husband Randy of Florida One Son Clyde Presnell Jr. of Illinois Step-Sons John Bandy and wife Linda of Tazewell, Virginia Terry Bandy and wife June of Kentucky Step-Daughter Donna Justus and husband Ronnie of Tazewell, Virginia Sister-In-Law Juanita Presnell of Elkhorn City, Kentucky He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In accordance with Clyde’s wishes, his body has been cremated, and there will not be a visitation at this time. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
