Estaline Reed

<p>Estaline was born august 31 1923,&nbsp; in Buhl Idaho to Leonard Forrey and Vera Ransom Forrey.<br /> When Estaline was 3 years old when her mother died in childbirth. Her little brother died a few days later. Estaline went to live with her grandparents; Henry and Etta Forrey with lots of Aunts and Uncles in the Kuna area. She lived with them until she graduated from Kuna High School in 1943.</p> <p>She met Raymond Reed in school and they were married in October of 1943.<br /> They farmed in&nbsp;Homedale Idaho then in 1953 they moved to Boise where they managed a dairy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /> They moved to Meridian and they both worked for the Meridian School District.<br /> Estaline was very active in the Maple Grove Grange, she was a 4-H leader.&nbsp; She was very active in the Meridian Senior Center.&nbsp; She always loved to have a big garden and to have flowers all around.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /> She was a long time member of the Cherry&nbsp; Lane Christian Church.</p> <p>Estaline is survived by daughter Linda (Jerry)&nbsp;Davis,&nbsp;3 grandchildren; Paula (Richard) Weathers, Wayne (Pam) Davis, Christopher (Angela)&nbsp;Davis,&nbsp;9 great grandchildren; Natasha Weathers, Reid and Kelsey Davis, Joclyne and Daniel Cox, Micha, Valya, Trey, and Cheynne Davis, Rachel and Lauren Davis, 2 great great grandchildren; Theodore and Elenore Cox. Her half brother Clarence and Marian Forrey and half sister Catherine Holcom.<br /> She was preceded in death by her Husband Raymond Reed, father Leonard Forrey, mother Vera Forrey, baby brother, grandparents Henry and Etta Forrey , half brother Dale Forrey.</p> <p>The family would like to give a special thank you to all the staff at Creekside assisted living for taking such good care of her for so many years and a special thank you to Keystone Hospice for the care you have given her in the last few months.&nbsp; THANK YOU.</p> <p>A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 2pm in the Kuna city cemetery.</p>

Obituary

Estaline was born august 31 1923,  in Buhl Idaho to Leonard Forrey and Vera Ransom Forrey.
