A Private Graveside Service for Mrs. Gloria J. Huber Winton, 74 of Somerville will be held by the family at Draper Chatman Cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home directing.

Gloria Jane Winton of Somerville, Alabama was born on September 10, 1946 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late John Marshal Huber and Lazelle Gill Huber. She departed this life on November 25, 2020 surrounded by her family in Somerville, Alabama.

Gloria graduated high school from Morgan County Training School (MCTS). After graduation she attended Calhoun Community College and received her early education teaching certificate. She taught early childhood education (Head Start) in Hartselle, Alabama for over 10 years. Gloria always had a passion for teaching and loved working with children.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Leroy Huber.

Gloria leaves behind to cherish her memory: a loving and devoted husband, Paul Winton of Somerville, AL; three children, Jennifer Winton of Somerville, AL, Paul Winton II (Nikki) of Somerville, AL, Jason Winton (Katie) of Acworth, GA; one sister, Danella Humphrey of Carson, CA; three grandchildren, Kennedy Winton, Madison Winton and Emma Winton; one nephew, three nieces, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
